Marc Midas has made clear his intention to wipe out the AAW ‘old guard’, specifically targeting AAW World Champion Wayne ‘The Maniac’ Mattei and his Bullet Kliq. Midas took to the ring at Total Chaos to inform the AAW audience that he had planned to grant a world championship match to a man who he saw as having the most potential on the roster; Seth Kincaid. After stating that Midas himself had scared ‘The Maniac’ to such a degree that Mattei’s hamstring simply “shook off the bone”, Midas invited Kincaid to address the AAW audience and the absence of the World Champion.
Kincaid touted his own talents, going so far as to challenge any former AAW World Champion to a match right there and then. Kincaid would not have to wait long for an answer to his open challenge, as a familiar voice beamed through the arena: “I’m.. TJ Max!”.
In another shocking return, TJ Max hit the ring and took Midas’ number one contender to his limit. Max showed no sign of ring rust after a year away from the squared circle. Seth Kincaid would not be outshone though, as he fought back and demonstrated just why he can be considered a top contender for the AAW World Championship.
As Max gained some serious momentum, Kincaid took it upon himself to get disqualified, with a resounding shot to the head with a blind lid from underneath the ring.
Whilst we hope that this is not the last we see of TJ Max, it is clear that Kincaid has one thing and one thing only on his mind; fulfilling Marc Midas’ charge and defeating Wayne ‘The Maniac’ Mattei for the AAW World Championship.
